The time is nigh for another fun night of music and revelry at The Garden Café in Granada.
This Friday, Nov. 16, we are delighted to present our dear friends, “April & the Rusty Pistols” (as they are known until further notice).
April & the Rusty Pistols is the musical collaboration between vocalist April Hyatt (Colorado), banjo-picker Noah Phillips (Louisiana) and guitarist/percussionist/vocalist/self-styled music man Damien “Pretty Boy” Hopkins (Bakersfield).
The three talented musicians joined forces here in Granada, where they live as displaced gringos, for obvious reasons.
Their music is influenced by their shared interest in Blues, Americana, Folk and Bluegrass. They are an acoustic trio using the sounds of the guitar, banjo, mandolin, vocals and mouth trumpet.
The sounds of April & the Rusty Pistols will take you on a nostalgic ride down old country roads and tumbleweed towns half remembered. It will be a journey you will not soon forget. The show will also feature special guest musician Paulo Kalu (Brazil).
The concert starts at 7:30 and the cover is 80 cordobas. Call now for reservations, space fills up fast: 2552-8582. Or visit us on Facebook.
